1. Look for the Deal you would like to check

2. Click on the Proposal #

3. You will see your settings bar right here

4. Click on Notes to make sure that everything is in good order with the notes

5. Click on Work Order at the top

6. You will have the option to View it, Send it, or Copy the Link

8. You will see the Work Order title at the right, and the status just below

This example was made with a Proposal Accepted, however, you can view your work order at any stage of your deal. Work Orders are generated automatically when a Proposal is created. It will include the job address, customer information, and any products/services on the Proposal itself.

9. You will see the Crew Notes with a green bell

10. Also your crew will see the Items and Quantities

It will not include any monetary values
