Add Crew Notes to populate on the Work Order, Customer Notes to populate on the Proposal, and Company Notes to be viewed internally

1. While in a Proposal, Click on Notes

2. Click on Add in the Crew Notes Section

3. Type a Note that will only be viewed on the Work Order

4. Click on Save

6. To view the Crew Note, Click on the Work Order dropdown

7. Click on View

8. The Crew Notes will appear toward the top of the work order

9. To add a client note, go to the Client Notes field at the bottom of the Proposal and Click on Edit

11. Click on Save

13. To View the client note select the View Portal button

14. The Customer Portal will open up and the Customer Notes will be located toward the bottom of the proposal.

15. To add a Company Note that can only be viewed internally, select edit in the Company Notes section toward the bottom of the page.

16. Type your internal company note
