See how to add an attachment to an invoice and how it is viewed by the customer.

1. Open an Invoice

Click on Invoice #201140

2. Click on 'Attachments' tab Inside the Invoice

Click on Attachments

3. Click on 'Add Attachments'

Click on Add Attachments

4. Drag and Drop Your Attachments into this Field or Click on 'Browse Files' to Select an Attachment From Your Computer

Click on Attachments

5. Your Attachment Will Appear Here

Click on Attachments

6. To see How the Customer Will View the Attachment, Click on 'Customer View'

Click on Send Invoice View Deal Apply Late FeeApply DiscountReceive Payment  Customer View

7. The Attachment Will be Available at the Bottom of the Invoice for Your Customer to Open

Click on Media
