Notifying Your Customer that Their Job is Scheduled

Learn the two different ways that your customer can be automatically notified that their job is scheduled.

Notifying via Drips


1. Click on Drips

2. Click on PROJECT SCHEDULED

3. Click on your first Drip in the Sequence.

4. Make sure that this drip is toggled on.

8. Select a Job that needs to be scheduled.

9. Choosing automatic or manual Job notifications.

Once you fill out the scheduling details, you DO NOT need to toggle on the communication toggles, because they will automatically receive scheduling confirmation from your "Project Scheduled" activated Drip (see above).

If you deactivated the Project Scheduled Drip Sequence shown in Step 1-4, then you would be able to control whether or not the confirmation text/email went out to the customer here by switching on the desired toggle.

Follow Steps 11-16 below to see how to edit the text and/or email that will be sent if these toggles are switched to on.

**Please note that if the Drip above is activated and these toggles are on, the customer will receive two notifications.

This is where the two options come into play.

10. Click on Save to schedule the Job.

13. Select Job Scheduled Email in the "Choose a Template" Dropdown
