Edit payment instructions that a client receives after choosing the "Pay Offline" option when accepting a proposal or receiving an invoice.

1. Click on Company Settings

2. Click on Payments

Click on Payments

3. You can enable Offline Payments here by toggling on the "Enable" toggle.

4. You can edit the instructions that the customer will receive when they choose "Pay Offline" on a proposal here.

These instructions can also be used to set up alternative payment methods such as Zelle or Venmo

7. In a Proposal, once your client signs and clicks submit, their payment options will appears at the bottom of the proposal. (See next step)

10. When your client opens an invoice their payment options will be available at the top of the invoice.
