1. Click on Company Settings
2. Click on Payments
3. You can enable Offline Payments here by toggling on the "Enable" toggle.
4. You can edit the instructions that the customer will receive when they choose "Pay Offline" on a proposal here.
5. You can edit the instructions that the customer will receive when they choose "Pay Offline" on an invoice here.
6. Click on Save

7. In a Proposal, once your client signs and clicks submit, their payment options will appears at the bottom of the proposal. (See next step)
8. When your client selects Pay Offline…
9. Your Offline Payment instructions will appear for them to read and accept.
10. When your client opens an invoice their payment options will be available at the top of the invoice.
11. When they click on Pay Offline…
12. Your "Offline Payment" instructions will pop up for them to accept.
