Why a signed proposal would remain in the Proposal Sent stage instead of moving on to the Project Accepted stage, and how to fix it.

A Proposal must be signed AND accepted to move forward to the Jobs Pipeline.

1. In order to accept the Proposal the customer must do three easy steps. First, they sign the proposal.

2. Second, they click "Submit Signature" below their signature.

3. Third, they must click the "Click to Accept" button that appears after they submit their signature.

If you have designated a deposit and enabled the client to "Pay Offline", the customer will see steps 4-6 instead of the "Click to Accept" button...

5. The client will see this dialog box with your offline payment instructions.

6. They will click the purple "Accept" button

7. If the customer fails to click the "Click to Accept" button or the purple "Accept" button, their Deal Card will remain in the Proposal Sent stage in the Sales Pipeline.

8. Note that the Deal Card will indicate that the Proposal has been signed but not accepted with the green SIGNED label next to the proposal.

9. Once the client has clicked the "Click to Accept" button in the proposal...

10. Or the purple "Accept" button in the Offline Payment dialogue box...

11. the Deal Card will move to the Jobs Pipeline.
