Setting a Default Deposit Using Proposal Templates

Set a standard deposit when creating a proposal template so that the deposit is set every time that you use that template.

1. Click on Proposal Templates

2. Click on New Template or select an active template to edit.

3. Name the Template

5. Add your Line Items and/or Areas

6. Click on Settings

7. Click on the purple "0.00% ($0.00)" next to Deposit:

8. A dialogue box will pop up. Click the "Type" dropdown

9. Choose whether you want to require a "Percent" or a "Fixed Amount

10. Type your desired percentage or your fixed amount in the "Amount" box.

11. Click on Save

12. Your default deposit for this Template will show up here.

If you are allowing Cash or Check deposit, be sure to toggle that on in this section as well. Once you are totally finished with this template, don't forget to click the green "Set Active" button at the bottom left of the screen
