Adding and Editing Attached Photos on a Proposal

Inside a proposal, you can add photos, edit the photo name and description, as well as mark up the photo in the editing window.

1. Inside a Proposal, Click on ‘Attachments’ Toward the Bottom of the Page

2. Click on 'Add Attachments'

Click on Add Attachments

3. You Can Choose to Drag and Drop Files Into This Section or Select 'Browse Files' to Upload a File From Your Computer

You can choose to Drag and Drop files into this section or select Browse Files to upload a file from your computer.

4. Once the File Is Uploaded, It Will Appear Here in the 'Attachments' Section

Once the file is uploaded it will appear here in the "Attachments" section.

5. To Edit the Photo, Click on 'Edit'

6. You Can Name the Photo Here...

7. And Type Any Notes About the Photo Here

8. Click on 'Save'

9. The Name and Notes That Were Added Now Appear Here Underneath the Photo

10. Click Directly on the Image to Open Up the Editing Window

Click on the image to open up the editing window.

11. Select the Tool You Would Like to Use to Edit the Picture From the Tool Bar at the Top of the Window

Select what tool you would like to use to edit the picture from the task bar at the top of the window.

13. In This Example, I Added an Arrow, a Text Bubble, and Some Text to Help Further Communicate With the Client

14. Click on the Checkmark to Save

Click on the checkmark to save.

15. The Photo Along With the Edited Name, Notes, and Markups Appears Here on the Proposal That Is Sent to Your Customer

And the photo along with the edited Name and Notes and Markups appears here on the Proposal that is sent to your customer.
