How to "Remove" an Item From an Accepted Proposal Using the New Change Order Option

We do not have an option to remove an item or area from an already accepted proposal, but you can use a negative Change Order.

1. Click on Jobs Pipeline

2. Look for the Deal you would like to change

3. Click on the Proposal #

4. Let's assume that the item to be removed is the ceiling.

5. Click on New Change Order

6. Click on Add Item

Or you can choose Area in case you're using Production Rates

Click on Add Item

7. Enter the information of the Item you wish to remove and the price in negative

8. Click on Save

9. Negative values will remain within a parenthesis in the system and in the proposals.

10. You can mark the Change Order as accepted or send it over to the client to have them sign it.
