Error When Sending a Proposal via Email

See below for what to do if there is an error when sending a Proposal via email.

1. Click on Send Proposal

3. If the email address was invalid or blocked you will receive the error message, "There was an issue sending the email to this recipient, please try again"

4. Check that the email you have is valid and input correctly.

If you confirm that the email is valid, reach out to our Customer Success Team via chat so that we can look into the issue for you.

If, like in this example, the email is not valid continue to the next step to update the contact email with the correct email address.

5. Click on the client name at the top left of the proposal.

6. Edit the email to a valid email address.

7. Click on Save at the bottom left of the page...

8. After clicking save, you will be brought back to the proposal where you will see the updated valid email address.
