How to Add Internal Notes to Proposals

Add useful notes to Proposals so you can communicate effectively with everybody involved!

1. Click on the proposal you want to add notes to

(Click the Purple numbers referenced in the image)

Click on the proposal you want to add notes to

2. Scroll down on the proposal and click on Notes

Scroll down on the proposal and click on Notes

3. Select one of the three options to Add notes

You can choose Crew Notes, Client Notes and Company Notes

Select one of the three options to Add notes

4. Add your note on the text box

5. Click on Save

Click on Save

6. Now the note will be visible under the Notes section
