2. Find the deal that you would like to waive this fee for
3. Click on the Proposal #
4. Click on Settings
5. You will find the payment options that your client will have.
6. And you can waive the fees for the options you want.
Invoices
7. Click on Jobs Pipeline
8. Find the deal that you would like to waive this fee for
9. Click on the Invoice #
10. Click on Settings

If you want to waive fees for all your customers.
1. Click on Company Settings
2. Click on Payments
3. Go to your Stripe Settings
4. Change the Convenience fee for "0"
5. And if you use ACH, change it too
6. Click on Save
