Why Do I have 2 Deals Cards For the Same Contact?

There may be occasions where your Deal Cards are duplicated, here are the reasons why and how to fix it.

Duplicate on Warm/Cold Leads and Estimate Requested


1. When you have a new client under "Cold Leads"

2. They received an automated email/text with your booking form option

3. Some of their information is going to be pre-populated

4. If they change any of the information on the Name/Last name

5. The Deal Card is going to be duplicate

We recommend deleting the Deal under Cold Leads (If you need more information about how to delete a Deal, Click Here).

When is on Estimate Requested you can continue and schedule their appt as normal

6. When you have a new Estimate Requested

7. Click on Appointments…

8. And you scheduled the appt from the New Appt option

9. Select the contact information and click on save

10. The Deal Card will be duplicated
