1. Click on Mark as Paid
These steps will be followed when a client pays Offline (Cash, Check, or any payment form outside DripJobs). If your client pays with a Credit Card or ACH through Stripe, these steps will be done automatically.
12. Here you will have multiple options to fill out
Make sure to select the method, type a reference number if applicable, add a note in case you need, toggle the Deposit Payment, and finally Send Email Receipt in case you want to alert your client about this payment.
13. Finally click on Save to mark this as paid
Once saved multiple automation will occur: the status of the invoice will change, the balance will be updated and we will create a new entry over the payment history on the very bottom of the invoice.
