Pods ship in a box with your label on the box. Dropship cups have a plain lid. Custom printed lids are only for bulk / copack orders.
What to put on the box label
A clear statement of identity (for example Fresh Roasted Coffee or Specialty Grade Coffee)
12 count or 60 count — single use cups, not labeled for individual sale
Net weight for the whole box: 12-pack NET WT. 4.2 OZ (120g), 60-pack NET WT. 21 OZ (595.34g)

Do not use K-Cup
K-Cup is a trademark. Use wording such as “compatible with Keurig brewers” if you need to mention the machine. Do not print K-Cup on the label or your site unless you have the rights.
Why 12-pack may not show when you create a custom label
12-pack / single-serve is only offered on certain coffees and usually standard grind. If it is missing from the custom-label dropdown, import that product from the catalog first or pick a coffee that actually has a 12-pack SKU.
