2oz bags are sample packs. They use a smaller label than 12oz bags.

Upload the 2oz file as its own custom product, assigned to the 2oz SKU. A 1600 × 2400 bag label will not pass for 2oz.
2oz samples often ship in a black bag even if you picked another color. That is a pack-out rule, not a label error.
Preset 6-pack variety samples use your label on the outer pouch; the inner 2oz bags are generic. Individual branded 2oz bags are a separate SKU (bulk has a 12-unit minimum on those).
