Fairtrade program: cost and what you can print

$299 one-time plus $29/month. When you may use the Fairtrade mark.

Fairtrade coffees are a separate program. You cannot put a Fairtrade mark on a regular custom label just because the green bean is certified.

Cost

  • $299 one-time initiation (goes to the Fairtrade organization)

  • $29/month for the ongoing monitoring required to sell Fairtrade coffees online

Activate it from the Fairtrade coffees prompt in the Dripshipper product catalog. Paying only one of the two fees does not finish enrollment.

What you can print

After you are enrolled and the roaster has you on the program, use only the Fairtrade artwork they provide, at the size and placement they specify. Do not download a mark from Google.

If you are not in the program, do not say Fairtrade on the bag or the site. Can I put the FDA/Fair-Trade/Organic certification logos on my packaging?
