This is the walkthrough for creating a custom product in Dripshipper: pick the coffee, assign the SKU (size + grind), upload the label, and pay the review.
Label layout rules (net weight, ingredients, distributed-by) are in How to create a custom label. This article is the screens.
Where to go
In the Dripshipper app: Products → Custom Labels.
The page title is Custom Labels. The form heading is Create Coffee Product.
Before you start
Add a credit card under Settings. Create Product stays disabled until a payment method is on file.
Have the label file ready. PNG, JPG, or JPEG. Recommended size: 1600 × 2400 px for regular bags and pod boxes, 600 × 900 px for 2oz. See Label file size: 4x6 vs 3x5.
Step by step
Vendor — Pick the roaster that will fulfill the SKU: Temecula Coffee Roasters or Old Chicago. The rest of the form stays hidden until you pick one.
Bag color — Kraft, Black, or White. Compostable is not an option on custom labels. Unavailable colors gray out. The app will force a color when only one is allowed (see below).
Coffee Type — The coffee or tea name. Use View description if you want the catalog copy. The size and grind lists reload from this pick.
Size — Only sizes that exist for that coffee (12oz, 1lb, 2lb, 5lb, 2oz, 12pack, 60pack, and so on).
Grind — Only grinds that exist for that coffee and size.
Wholesale price — Shown for that size. This is what we bill you.
Retail price — Prefilled; you can change it. This is what you charge your customer.
Description — Required. This is store/listing copy, not the FDA ingredient line.
Upload label — Accept the upload agreement, then choose the file. A preview of the bag with your art should appear.
Create product — Check that you read the label requirements and that you agree to the $2.75 review. Then confirm.
If it works you get “Custom product created successfully!” and the form clears. Open Products → My Custom Products to see the new row (pending review).
If you already have that same coffee + size + grind + bag color + vendor, you get: Custom Product already exists. Please delete existing product first.
Why 12-pack (or a grind) is missing
The dropdowns only show combinations the roaster actually sells. The form also hides some pairs on purpose.
Temecula 12-pack only appears for these coffees, and only with Standard grind:
Cowboy Blend
Breakfast Blend
6 Bean Blend (also listed as 6-Bean)
Peru
Peru Decaf
Mexico
Bali / Bali Blue
If you picked Whole Bean on 6 Bean Blend, 12-pack will not show. Switch grind to Standard, or pick a coffee that has pods.
Old Chicago capsules use the product names 12 pack single serve coffee capsules and 60 pack single serve coffee capsules, Standard grind only — they are not a size under a regular blend name.
Fairtrade Nicaragua: 12oz + Standard grind is blocked. Use another grind on 12oz, or another size with Standard.
Each size + grind is its own SKU and needs its own label. Do I need a new label for every grind and size?
Bag colors the form will force
2oz — black only
12-pack — black only
Old Chicago 60-pack capsules — black only
Tea — kraft only
Matcha — white only
Coffee with mushrooms (dark/med) — kraft only
Temecula 2lb / 5lb / 12lb — black only
Old Chicago 2lb / 5lb / 12lb — black only (12oz and 1lb can be kraft, black, or white)

After it is approved
Status lives on My Custom Products (pending / approved / rejected). Custom label approval status
When the badge is Approved and your store is connected, click Add to store on that row. That creates the product in your store. The button then becomes Remove Product.
2oz rows do not get Add to store — those are for samples / bulk, not the store catalog.
Do not sell the SKU until the badge is approved.
