Label review usually takes 2 business days after you submit and pay the $2.75 review.
The status article explains where to look and that you get an email. It does not cover timing. This one does.
What “pending” means
After you create the product, it shows on Products → My Custom Products as Under review. That is pending. We have the file. A reviewer has not approved or rejected it yet.
You cannot use Add to store until the badge is Approved. Do not sell that SKU while it is under review.
When it is approved or rejected, the badge updates and you get an email. Custom label approval status
Where to find the label number
On My Custom Products, the row shows ID# plus the number. That is the label number. Keep it. We need it if you write in.
When to contact us
Wait the 2 business days. If it is still Under review after that, contact us and include the label ID#.
You do not need to message us to ask if we received it. We have received it and that is why you can see the pending status. Under review means we have it.
If it is rejected
Fix what the rejection says, then save and send it for re-approval. It goes back to Under review. Count 2 business days from that new submit.
