Can I cancel my order?
If you contact us before your order has been processed and dispatched, we'll do our best to cancel it. As our warehouse begins processing orders quickly, we cannot guarantee that a cancellation request can be completed.
If your order has already entered warehouse processing, it may no longer be possible to cancel before dispatch.
If your order has already been dispatched
Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep the order, you can return it in accordance with our Returns Policy once it has been delivered.
Refunds
If your order is successfully cancelled before dispatch, any payment taken will be refunded to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several working days for the funds to appear in your account.
If your order has already been dispatched, a refund can only be processed after the returned item has been physically received and inspected by our Returns Team in accordance with our Returns Policy.
