Once we've received your item, a refund will be processed within 5 working days. After processing, it typically takes another 3-5 working days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.
When returning items, you have options for your refund method:
Original Payment Method: Include a note with your return package requesting a refund to your original payment method.
Store Credit: As an alternative, you may choose to receive store credit, which has no expiry date. High volumes of refund requests may occasionally lead to slight delays, but we work to process all requests as quickly as possible.
If you have had confirmation that the return has landed at our warehouse and have not received a refund or confirmation of a replacement item within the expected timeframe, please get in touch via Livechat with your order number and return details. We'll look into this for you immediately and send an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
