Yes, however, each workout in the app will specify what piece of equipment is required before you make a start! You can also adapt your workouts to swim with, or without equipment.
Swimming
Most of our swim workouts include a mixture of equipment (Fins, Kickboard, Pull Buoy & Paddles). If you are unable to perform part of a workout based on lack of equipment or comfort level, swim freestyle.
Dryland
We'd recommend an exercise mat when smashing your dryland workouts as this will provide extra padding, grip and cleanliness. For some of the dryland routines, you will also require some additional equipment such as a TheraBand, Swiss Ball and Jump Rope.
