It’s normal to stray from your training plan occasionally. Whether due to loss of motivation, injury, or life's demands, setbacks happen, and that's okay! Our training plans are designed to equip you with the tools to improve your swimming and maintain a healthy lifestyle, not to restrict you or induce guilt when you deviate from the plan.

After taking a break, it's common to feel demotivated and find it challenging to restart. Take it slow and ease back in with one workout at a time. Pay attention to your energy levels and how good it feels to get moving again; use that as motivation to progress further.

You can revisit previous workouts as you regain momentum. Remember, if you need assistance, reach out to us at support@duoswim.com or use the messenger. We're here to support you on your journey and help you achieve your desired results!
