What’s the best way to get back on track after a break from my plan?

It’s perfectly normal to slip off plan every now and again. Sometimes we lose motivation, get injured, or life just gets in the way. And that’s ok! The aim of our training plans are to arm you with the tools you need to improve your swimming and maintain a healthy lifestyle, not restrict you or make you feel guilty when you don’t follow the plan!

It's easy to feel demotivated and overwhelmed after time off and getting going again can be challenging. Just take it slow and ease back in one workout at a time. Focus on your energy levels and how much better you feel afterwards. Use that as motivation to take the next step.
