This is most likely because your Apple Health permissions are not set up correctly. Please double-check your permissions by going to your iPhone's Health app and following these simple steps:
Open the Health app.
Tap on your Profile icon.
Select the Apps tab.
Tap on DuoSwim.
Check that all of the requested permissions are granted.
If they weren't all granted, your data should appear correctly the next time you swim.
