If your Apple Watch is not tracking your heart rate, it's likely due to incorrect Apple Health permissions. Please ensure your permissions are correctly set up by following these steps:
Open the Health app on your iPhone.
Tap on your Profile icon.
Select the Apps tab.
Find and tap on DuoSwim.
Ensure all requested permissions are granted.
If not all permissions were granted, your data should appear correctly the next time you swim.
