A maintenance proposal or estimate is a document that you send to a landscaping lead or client explaining what services you will perform and what prices you will charge. Examples of maintenance services include mowing, edging, aerating, clean ups, fertilization or chemical applications.
1. Create a new proposal
Tap the Create icon at the bottom of your screen
Select “Proposal” from the bottom sheet
2. Entire client details
Input the Lead or Client's name and information.
Search for a property.
(Optional) if the property boundary doesn't match what you want, follow these steps 👉 to adjust the lot
(Optional) review the AI analysis to get detailed AI generated property measurements
3. Add service items
Click on Add Services, then Add Maintenance service.
Name your maintenance service. You can create a new service or select one from your favorites.
Choose your pricing unit, and select your service area. You can choose the pre-calculated options or you can manually input your own service area.
If you are creating a contract or package, toggle on "Recurring service".
Choose how often you will perform the service. Check the summary at bottom to make sure it matches what you expect.
💡Pro tip: Save this maintenance service for future use by selecting "Save to favorites"
Tap Add. You will return to the Add Services page.
4. Select a service area
You can choose one of the AI measured areas, or manually draw on the map
5. (Optional) Add materials to maintenance proposals
Tap "Add material" then select the type of material
6. Add more services, fees or discounts
Repeat the above process for each service you want to offer
Add fees or discounts by tapping on the "Add fee or discount" button.
You can select to apply flat or percentage-based fees on top of all the services you have selected.
7. When done, go to Review and Send
Here, there are options for how the proposal will display.
Tap on Preview in the top action bar to see your proposal before you send it.
8. Click share to send!
Send the proposal by email, text, or copying a link to it.
Copying or sending a link to the proposal will publish it to the cloud, where it can be opened and viewed by any of your customers.
