Easy Appointment Booking offers five plans — from a free tier for merchants just getting started to an Ultimate plan for high-volume operations. Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial, so you can explore features before you're charged.

💡 Tip: Not sure which plan to start with? Start on the 7-day trial of Pro — it covers most merchants' needs. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime.
The 7-day free trial
Every paid plan (Standard through Ultimate) starts with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends. Trials are managed by Shopify, so the charge appears on your Shopify invoice just like any other app subscription.
If you cancel before the trial ends, you won't be billed at all.
Shopify Plus: the 14-day Ultimate trial
If your store is on Shopify Plus when you install Easy Appointment Booking, you start on the Ultimate plan free for 14 days, with every feature unlocked from the first day. There is nothing to choose and no card to enter.
This works the other way round from the standard trial. Instead of picking a plan and trying it, you begin with everything and settle on a plan before the window closes.
When the 14 days end:
If you subscribed to a plan, that plan simply continues.
If you did not, your store moves to the Free plan. Your bookings and settings are kept, but paid features stop. Purchased seats, Team Portal logins, custom email designs, and calendar connections are cleared.
A banner in the app counts down the days left.
⚠️ Warning: The trial is one per store, ever. It starts at install, so uninstalling and reinstalling does not earn a second one. Existing stores that were already installed before the trial launched do not receive it.
💡 Tip: Treat the 14 days as your evaluation window. Turn on the features you are considering — Klaviyo, the Team Portal, multiple locations — early enough to judge them, rather than in the last few days.
How billing works
All charges go through Shopify's billing system — there's no separate invoice or credit card to manage. The charge appears on the same Shopify invoice as your other app subscriptions.
Monthly plans are billed every 30 days from the date you activated the plan.
Annual plans are billed once per year on the same date.
If you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle, Shopify handles pro-rating automatically. See Upgrading Your Plan and Downgrading or Cancelling for details.
