If you are on a paid plan (Standard, Pro…) and would like to downgrade to a Free plan, please follow the below steps.
As the Free plan only supports 1 event, please ensure you only have 1 active event. If not, please archive or delete the events you do not need.
From the Account tab, scroll down and you'll see a line in blue text that says “Or, downgrade to the free plan” > click on this.
Next, click on “Continue Cancellation” if you are sure you would like to downgrade.
