Claude is an AI assistant from Anthropic. Connect it to Easy Appointment Booking and it can work with your bookings for you, using your live store data instead of copied and pasted details.
What Claude can do
Check bookings and availability.
Answer questions from real data.
Ask it things like
What bookings do I have this week?
Which slots are open tomorrow?
Check my bookings for Jane Fonda
Is my waitlist enabled?
What you need
Easy Appointment Booking on the Ultimate plan
A Claude account at claude.ai. Custom connectors work on every Claude plan.
Step 1: Turn on API access
In Easy Appointment Booking, go to Settings > Marketing & analytics and find the Claude and ChatGPT section.
Click Connect with Claude
Step 2: Create an API key
A Claude URL will be generated once. Click Copy.
Treat the key like a password. Anyone who has it can read and change your bookings. You can revoke it on the same page at any time.
Step 3: Add the connector in Claude
In Claude, open Settings > Connectors and click Add custom connector.
Paste the connector URL: [CONNECTOR URL].
Under the authentication options, choose the API key option and paste your key.
Click Add.
In a new chat, open the tools menu and check that the Easy Appointment Booking connector is on.
Step 4: Try it
"How many bookings do I have this week?"
"Find the next open slot for a Bridal Consultation."
"Which of my services had the most bookings last month?"
Good to know
This is a read only connector for Ultimate planholders. Write access is with an API for enterprise planholders only

Troubleshooting
Claude says it cannot connect. Check that API access is enabled for your store (Step 1) and that the key was pasted in full.
Claude cannot see new data. Ask the question again in a new chat. Claude reads your data fresh on each request.
If you want to cut off access. Go back to that section in EAB and disconnect.
