Adding Tax related codes to the Customs Declaration invoice

Adding tax related codes in your label

When shipping internationally, certain countries require tax - related codes.

Example) Chile, Brazil, Korea etc.

Shopify provides support for some of these countries (For example, Brazil) and a form will be displayed at checkout. However, some of the countries still do not automatically display the form and need to be fetched manually from the customer.

In easyLabel, users can add the tax related codes to the "Tax Code" section to have it displayed in the customs declaration invoice.

Usually customs only require these codes in EAD (Electronic Advance Data), but there are some countries that require the codes to be displayed on the customs declaration invoices.

If the Shopify form is used to obtain the Tax, it will be displayed in the order page.

If the Shopify default form (to obtain tax codes) is used, it will automatically be inserted to the easyLabel "Tax code" section at label creation as well.

If the Tax code is correctly typed in the easyLabel label creation, the invoice will receive the code as well, and will display it on the customs declaration invoice.
