Reason number 1

You can’t see your boards on the dashboard page because you’re logged in to another account.

Please check if you’re logged into the right account. Sometimes it happens that some people have a professional account and a private account. Please make sure you’re logged in to the right account. Click here to login again.

After you are logged again, check if the user’s name is correct.

Reason number 2

You can’t see your boards on the dashboard page because you’re logged as an anonymous user. To make sure you’re not logged as an anonymous user. Click here to login.

Reason number 3

If you can’t see a public board on your dashboard page is probably because you’re not the creator of this board. It’s important to remember that only the owner of the board can see it on their dashboard page.

If you can’t see a team board is probably because you’re not part of the team or you’ve been removed from the team. Please consult the team’s owner.

Reason number 4
