You have 2 options to access your invoices. Here are them:
Option 1. Access your invoice through EasyRetro
- First, access your Profile page (https://easyretro.io/profile).
- Click on “Invoices”.
- Now click on “Open invoice” to access your invoice.
Note: If you're an Account Admin, you'll have to choose what subscription you want to access before opening the invoices.
Option 2. Receive your invoice in your email
After subscribing to EasyRetro, every month, you'll receive from Paddle (which is the company responsible for charging our clients) your invoices in your email.
Note: In case you’re not receiving the invoices in your email, check if the email added to your subscription is still the same.
