Here's the reason why you probably can’t sort your cards by vote:

On the setting of your board, you've selected the feature "Hide vote count".

Please, make sure you're not using this feature. If you're using it, you won't be able to sort your cards by vote.

If the "Hide vote count" feature isn't selected, and you still can't sort your cards by vote, contact our Support Team.
