You'll only be able to move a team board to another team if you are the Subscription Owner. And if you're an Organization Admin, you can move the team boards that were created by you.
Here are the steps you need to follow to move a team board to another team:
Step 1. On your Dashboard page choose the team board you want to move by clicking on the 3 dots icon (ellipsis)
Step 2. Choose the option “Move to team”
Step 3. Select the team that you want to move your team board to.
Final Step. Now click on the button “Yes, move it!” to move your team board to another team.
Note: When moving a team board to another team, the URL of your previous board will change. So make sure to share the new URL with your team.
