Usually, users can’t move their cards because the “Disable moving cards” feature is selected.

Go to your board’s setting and verify if this option is selected. If yes, uncheck it to be able to move your cards again.

Note: The “Disable moving cards” feature is only available for the creator of the board.

If the “Disable moving cards” is not selected and you can´t move your cards, contact our Support Team.
