Here are the steps you need to follow to enable reactions on cards.

Step 1. Go to the settings of your board.

Step 2. Select the "Reactions" feature.

Final Step. Now, you'll see an emoji button below your cards. Click on it to start using the reactions feature.

Note: You can easily remove your reaction by clicking on the emoji icon.
