First, it's important to note that contributing to EasyRetro's board as an anonymous user is only possible when using Public boards.
Why? Because when using Team boards, you'll need to be logged in to EasyRetro, and as a result, your contributions can be revealed.
To contribute to EasyRetro's board as an anonymous user, make sure that:
- You are accessing a public board.
- You are not logged into your EasyRetro account.
The great thing about public boards is that they are accessible to anyone who has the public board's link, and you don't need to have an account on EasyRetro to access them.
When you access a public board without being logged, you'll notice that your username is displayed as "Anonymous" (see image below).
I noticed that there's a feature on EasyRetro that reveals the card's author. What should I do to make sure my contribution remains anonymous?
Regarding the feature to reveal the card's author, yes, this feature exists. However, the board's creator can only see the contributor when they have logged into EasyRetro.
When you contribute to an EasyRetro board as an anonymous user and the board's creator activates the feature to reveal the contributors, you'll notice that the information on your card will be shown as "Anonymous" (see image below).
