Please make sure your registered email address is correct. 99% of the time it is a small typo inside your registered address. You can edit your email address by accessing 'profile' from the menu screen and pressing 'edit'. Please contact support if you don't know your registered address.

Also, please make sure that your email spam settings is not blocking any of our emails.
