In case your OTP(One-time Password) does not get sent

Please try the steps below if you fail to receive OTPs:

  1. Please make sure to select your mobile phone's country code and phone number. The default setting is the Japanese area code(+81)

  2. If you are using an app, please try logging in via browser to finish the phone number confirmation. https://cloak.ecbo.io/users/sign_in

  3. If you enter your email address instead of your phone number, the OTP will be sent to your email address instead of your phone number.

Please contact us if the above steps still fail to send OTPs.

Please note that a number registration is not a requirement and will not hinder your ability to use our service.
