Make sure to collect your luggage within your reservation's check-out date and during the store's opening hours.
To check out:
Show your reservation confirmation screen to the store staff. They will verify it against the photo taken at check-in and hand your luggage back to you.
For stores using QR code check-out (select JR stations only):
Scan the QR code displayed at the store to complete check-out via the app.
If there's a problem at check-out (luggage missing, damaged, or staff not present), please contact ecbo cloak support immediately via the chat icon in the app or website.
Note: Luggage left after your reservation ends will continue to accrue daily charges. See I forgot to retrieve my luggage for details.
