You approve billing once, at your first paid use: up to $19.95/month — the most the app can ever charge you. After that there are no more approval screens.
Each cycle you pay for the level your usage actually reaches: Basic ($9.95), Advanced ($15.95) or Unlimited ($19.95). A quiet month simply costs less.
The charge is added at the moment your usage reaches a new level, not at the end of the cycle: $9.95 at your 11th action, $6.00 more at the 101st, $4.00 more at the 1001st — never more than $19.95 in a cycle. So you may see more than one charge in a cycle.
Before any run, the app shows an estimate, and you're charged only for what's actually processed. Your plan is a limit: a run that would go past it asks you to confirm a plan change first, and Automation pauses at the limit instead of charging.
The app never upgrades you silently.
To check a charge, open Plans and billing for your usage this cycle and your charge history. If Automation is on, its runs use actions too — they're labelled as automatic in the run history. If a charge still doesn't match what you see, chat with us and we'll go through it with you.
