Yes. The app doesn't edit your theme code — pop-ups appear through the app embed, so nothing in your theme files changes.
To hide one pop-up, switch it to Disabled in the pop-ups table on Home.
To hide all pop-ups, turn off ECM Sales Popup in Online Store > Themes > Customize > App embeds and click Save.
To edit without risk, use Discard in the editor — nothing goes live until you save.
If you uninstall, pop-ups stop showing right away. Your pop-ups, subscribers, statistics and integrations are kept, and they come back if you reinstall (you'll need to choose a plan again).
