Receipts
Every charge sends a receipt to your account email automatically, from our payment processor (Stripe). Receipts and renewal notices always arrive regardless of your email preferences — only the weekly case email is optional.
Need a past receipt, or an invoice PDF with your details for reimbursement? Sign in and go to My Account → Billing → Manage billing. Stripe's billing portal lists every charge with a downloadable receipt and invoice, and lets you set the billing name and address that print on them.
Updating your card (individual members)
The same Manage billing button lets you update the card on file. You enter the new card directly with Stripe on that page — we never see or handle your card number, and neither does anyone on our team.
Your renewal reminder emails name the card we'll charge, and warn you ahead of time if that card expires before your renewal date — with a link straight to the update page, so a renewal never fails for an expired card you forgot about.
If a renewal payment fails, you'll get an email with a secure link to the same page, and we retry the charge automatically — a failed payment doesn't end your membership on the spot.
Don't see a Manage billing button? It's hidden when your access comes through a group (your group leader manages that billing) or when there's no payment on file yet. Message us and we'll sort it out.
Group leaders
Groups have full self-service billing. From your Group Dashboard → Manage payment & invoices, the Stripe billing portal lets you update cards, see every invoice, and download PDFs. Group renewals are invoiced with net-30 terms and can be paid by card, ACH debit, or bank transfer (wire) — the bank details print on the invoice itself. See Group billing, seats, and renewals.
A note on security
ECGWeekly never asks for card numbers by email or chat. Anyone who does is not us. All payment entry happens on Stripe-hosted pages.
