You can request Audio Description (AD) when you add a video, or add it to videos already in your library. Here’s how to request it as you upload:
Step 1: Add your video
Open the Upload Media panel from the top-left corner of your screen.
Add the video — upload a file from your computer, or paste a link to it. (Note: AD isn’t available for audio-only files.)
Step 2: Review & Submit
On the Review & Submit screen, in the options panel on the right:
Turn on Include Audio Descriptions.
Choose your Description Type — Standard, Extended, or Auto. Not sure which to pick? See What’s the difference between Standard, Extended, and Auto Audio Descriptions?
Optionally add a glossary and choose a folder to save to.
The total cost is shown before you commit. Click Submit Video to place your order — Luna generates the AD once your captions are ready.
