Requesting Audio Description (AD) is simple and can be done directly during the upload process. Here’s a step-by-step guide:
Step 1: Upload Your Video
Go to the Upload Media panel by clicking on Upload Media in the top-left corner of your screen.
Select the video file you want to upload (note: AD is not required for audio files).
Step 2: Configure Your File
After selecting your file, you’ll be directed to the submission panel, where you can:
Edit the File Title: Name your file for easy identification.
Organize Your File: Place the file into a folder.
Add a Technical Glossary: Include specific terms to improve captioning accuracy.
Step 3: Add Audio Description
In the submission panel, check the box labeled Add Audio Description.
Luna will generate AD after the captions are ready.
Important Information
AD uses more credits than captions alone.
The total credits required depends on the video’s length and the type of service requested.
Once you request AD during upload, the request cannot be deleted or reversed.
