To request captions, click on the Upload Media button at the top left or use the commands cmd+K or ctrl+K.

This will open the following window:

From here, you can drag and drop or bulk upload from your computer. You can also upload Youtube and Vimeo links.

After clicking on Upload, you will be able to edit the title of your file, add it to a folder of your choice (the folder needs to be created in advance), and add a technical glossary.

The technical glossary helps clarify terms that might not be familiar, like speaker names or internal acronyms. And just a heads-up—CASPER, our captioning model, is specially trained for higher education, so it’s all set for academic content!
