A popular feature of the Ecomartists App is what we call "Batch Charging" . Which is when we only charge your card 1 time for the total of any pending orders. But what you might not know is that batch charging happens automatically 2 times per day. ie. 4am and 4pm.
You can turn on/ off batch charging on the settings page
Log in to your Ecomartists account
Visit Settings menu
Select Billing Tab
"Batch Charging" is on by default, which mean will will automatically charge your credit card when there is a new order.
If you un-check batch charging, your orders will not be charged, they will remain "pending" and you will need to charge orders manually.
