Roles and Permissions

When you Add Users to your account, you'll choose a role for them that will control their permissions within the app. The person in your organisation who creates the PX360 account automatically becomes the Account Administrator. They are the only user responsible for the credit card subscription.

Additional User Roles

  • Admin - Can access all areas of the account, except for the Credit Card Subscription

  • Admin Lite - Designed as a Contract Administrator role

  • Onsite - No Admin - Designed primarily for on-the-site mobile app interactions.

  • Equipment - Owned equipment that is available for client charge-out, with charges applied on an hourly basis or day/half day (1=8hrs 0.5=4hrs). Equipment is not linked to web or mobile credentials/accounts. Admin staff can add equipment to the timesheet, and the associated costs will be reflected in the labour expenses.
