Archiving Projects can help keep you within your subscription limits

Each PX360 subscription has a project limit you can see from the Projects button on the left side menu. That is the number of Current Projects you can have at one time. You can stay within this project limit by archiving projects that are no longer current.

This project limit was set when your organisation's Account Admin signed up for PX360 and chose a plan.

Note: Contact your PX360 Account Administrator if you need to increase your Subscription project limit in the app.

How To Archive Projects

You can access Current Projects by clicking Projects on the left-side menu. If a project is no longer active and can be archived, click the Archive button next to that project. Click Yes to confirm.

The project will be moved to the Archive Projects tab and you will now have a new project slot available.

How To Restore Projects

You can always Restore projects that have been previously archived. From the Archive Projects tab, click the Restore button next to that project. Click Yes to confirm.

The project will be moved back to the Current Projects tab and you will be able to edit it as needed.
