Your PX360 Projects has a Task To Do function that allows for detailed task management.

The Key benefits of this tool are:

  • Enables communication and responsibility sharing across team members involved in the project.

  • Admin Roles using the Web App can create and share to multiple users instantly acting as a command centre for managing and coordination. This gives the PX360 Phone App site team tasks to action and complete.

  • Real-time synchronisation ensures a seamless experience with changes instantly reflected across both platforms.

Web App - Task To Do tab

As Tasks are such a key function of any project, each project has a separate Task To Do tab that provides a universal view of all tasks ongoing for that project.

Task To Do is a planning tool that relies on the communication between what happens on site and tracking its progress. The Web App serves as a command center for managers to share assigned tasks with individual site team users via the PX360 Phone App.

Task To Do allows for task action management for each user with the use of the following tags (Urgent/Priority/Completed). Along the way we will notify you for every change, update, and deleted tasks through Alerts and Notifications pop ups, keeping you up to date.

Adding Tasks

Click the +Add Task To Do button, fill out the fields that appear, and click Save.

Date

Date the task took place or the date that it is due. This date will automatically populate based on today's date, but it can also be changed manually.

Select Cost Centre

Category for assigning, tracking, and reporting costs. Cost Centres are required to enter tasks.

Task Type

Section that allows you to mark if a Task is Urgent, Priority or Completed.

Team

The team member responsible for this task.

Description

Section dedicated to providing the a general description of the task.

Editing and Deleting Tasks

To make changes to a task, locate the pencil icon and click on it. This will allow you to edit the task details. Alternatively, if you wish to remove a task, find the trash can icon and click on it.

Note: Deleted tasks cannot be recovered.

Mobile App - Task To Do

The mobile app is available to download on iPhone/iPad and Android for PX360 users.

Task To Do on the Mobile App seamlessly synchronise with tasks from the Web App.

Your on-site team can also do the following:

  • View existing tasks

  • Edit or delete tasks

  • Add new tasks

  • Mark tasks as urgent, priority or done.

Any additions or updates made on the mobile app are viewable from the Web App. This, in conjunction with the extensive Timesheet and Site Photo features, empowering site team to communicate project updates with the Admin staff in real-time.
