New employees: how are their benefits activated?

Once your order has been credited, your employees are 100% in control of creating their accounts and activating their benefits in just a few clicks. Our step-by-step guide will ensure that they have the best possible experience. In this article, discover our activation checklist. 👇

✔️ Reception of the invitation email

On the specified date of load indicated when you placed your order and provided your payment has been confirmed, your employees will receive an email inviting them to create their accounts. Here is what they will find:

  • Their 10-digit activation code.

  • All the steps to create their account and activate their benefits.

✔️ Download the Edenred+ app 📱

From the invitation email, your employees will be able to access the App Store or Play Store to download the Edenred+ app on their smartphones.

✔️ Creation of the Edenred+ account ✏️

Once the Edenred+ app is downloaded, your employees will start by entering the 10-digit activation code they received by email and will then be guided through each step of the creation process.

✔️ Choice of payment method 💸

Once they have created their account, they can choose between:

  • A virtual card: available for use from their Edenred+ app right from their first log-in. To activate it, they simply need to add it directly to their wallet on their smartphones.

  • A physical card: to be ordered directly from their Edenred+ app and delivered straight to their home. Delivery takes between 5-10 working days.

💡 The physical card can also be added to the wallet once it has been received.
